Description
Resets the MIB statistics counters for a given port
Write the port number in the port bits RST_PORT_MIB and 1 into RST_PORT_FLAG at the same time in order to reset the MIB statistics counter for the given port. Then busy wait on RST_PORT_FLAG to be cleared by the SoC to report completion of the operation.
