Description
Set the templates active in a given PIE block
Each field can be configured with a template number of either the built-in templates (0-4) or the user-definable templates (5-7). The user-defined templates are configured through ACL_TMPLTE_CTRL.
The PIE rule as defined in IACL refers to one of the available templates of the block it sits in, n the TID (Template ID field).
