EnGenius EWS5912FP
The EWS5912FP is a 10-port Gigabit PoE L2 switch with 2 SFP ports. 8 ports are PoE+ capable.

8 Ethernet ports are PoE+ capable 2 Uplink ports are SFP cages which support 1000 Base-X mini GBIC modules.
Power is supplied via a 100-240V AC C13 connector
An RJ45 Console port provides serial access. Serial connection is via 115200 baud, 8N1.
Firmware
The switch ships with U-Boot 2011.12 and ucLinux 2.6.19. It has a web interface for basic management, including firmware updates. The board identifies as RTL8380M_INTPHY_8214FC_DEMO.
